"Think smart not hard"

History: In 2002, a few youth banded together in an informal block association to form a youth club in an effort to mould the youth into responsible adults. They succeeded, and formed smart club, a club founded on the basis of bringing the youth together to discuss issues of drug abuse, promoting peer counseling, and encouraging contractive use of leisure time through outdoor expeditions, adventures and educational tour to prevent decadence. The club also organized for Activities that were and still are relevant to the youth development. The club organized and still organizes training sessions in various fields for the members (First aid, Wildlife and environmental conservation, among others) for the members who in turn offer voluntary services to the community and various charities within Kenya, on the basis of self-sufficiency.

Today, 4 years later, the club is in the process of being transformed into a non-profit organization, consisting of smart club members most of whom are in colleges, universities and others working. click here to visit our main webpage,
